Wowza, I had a good, but tough, workout tonight. I'm mentally awake, but physically drained. It's a weird feeling for me (this whole working out thing), but I'm really starting to like it. Since it's on a schedule, it's really easy for me to plan ahead and make sure I can get myself there. Cheers to better health!
