My super awesome, crazy kind, fun, generous, and warm dad is 50 today!  Time flies.  I feel so blessed to have him in my life!

I got a taste of the "good ol' days" since my side of the street didn't have electricity for a day.  IT WAS HOT.  We were all bored out of our minds.  Naturally, this occurs when my house is reaaaally clean (doesn't really take power to do all of the cleaning).  We mostly sat outside in the shade, talked, then decided to head to Greenwood for dinner and to see Grandma at the rehab nursing home.  Felt like a total redneck out on the sidewalk cutting her hair with regular scissors since she refuses to pay $10 for someone else to cut her hair.  If you know her at all, you know this is completely normal behavior for her.  Afterwards, she threw her wig back on and I ran her around the parking lot in her wheelchair since she wanted to get some fresh air.  It was fun. :)

Scrapbooking all weekend with my mom, Ginger, grandma, and aunt ... plus some of mom's friends and 90 other ladies!

I had a killer workout tonight, and I'm hoping I'm not sore tomorrow.  So happy to come home and get comfy in my new super soft sweatshirt.  Ooooh yeaaaah.  :)

"Black Swan" is creepy and yet still awesome.  Last night, I went to see the Naptown Roller Girls and had fun!  They kicked butt big time!  :)

Today is Grandpa's 75th birthday!  We celebrated by stuffing our bellies with delicious food from The Cheesecake Factory.  Naturally, I have enough food for at least one more (large) meal and cheesecake to last throughout the weekend.  Woo hoo!  My grandpa rocks. :)

Feeling a little sore today from yesterday's photography moves at the wedding.  Bridget and I headed up to Atlanta, Indiana this afternoon with Cierra and Joe.  We did another photo session at C's grandmother's farm (before the new owners take possession), this time in their wedding attire.  Thankfully, the rain held off and the sun came out for awhile!  Excited to see our final set of shots once I can get to them! :)

I've got a lot of fun things to go to this weekend, hooray!  My annual family reunion out at the ranch, RaeAnn's bachelorette party, a cookout at Cierra & Joe's, and perhaps a few (good) surprises along the way!

I'm really happy to see this post on Pioneer Woman today!  I can't wait to try it out! :)

Dear internal organs and parts of my body,

Please stop hating me.  Clear up, sinus pressure!  I've got places to go, people to see, good food to eat, and delicious wine to drink tonight.  Shape up!!!  Also, if you could give my energy back to me, I'd be forever grateful.

Day 206.  Four things (in particular) were great today. First, I got to sleep in!  Ahhh, I loooove it!  Second, Ryne was going to go get bagels for us, but Mom left a note on my door saying that they already had some and to come on over! Yay!  That meant a chocolate chip bagel for me, yum!  Third, I drank a glass of dry red wine at Colleen & Jeff's house.  It's on my list, and it was good!  Fourth, I watched a scary movie (also on my list) with Ryne, Ryan, and Brittany.  It was ... weird.  A fun day, all in all. :o)
