Today has been a random day so far. Breakfast was normal, then after Ryne left, my dad came over to help me with a few things. We were in the middle of hanging a few new frames, when I catch a whiff of something NASTY. I asked him to check his shoes. Sure enough, he stepped in poop coming from his house to mine, and man was it fresh! So, we immediately dropped everything and tried to find all the places he touched in my house with the stinky shoe. Luckily, it was almost all just on the hardwood floor. The smell actually got worse as we were cleaning it all up. I went on spray patrol; I sprayed the floors all down and wiped them up, and I sprayed the rooms with air freshener. Nothing like going from cranberry zest candle to poop in a matter of minutes!
I'm getting ready to go to a baby shoot (my first!) and then to my work year-end party. It's a murder mystery, so this should be pretty funny. I'm especially excited to have Ryne there, so some of my friends that haven't met him yet can, and vice versa. :)
